If you’re a serious racer and the class your racing in allows it, everyone should be using these shafts.
Due to the long nature of these shafts you’ll likely have to drill your wheels all the way through in order for them to fit. Running this longer shafts allow for the wheels to grip more surface area on the axles and cause you to not look like a newbie and have your wheels fall off your car during a race.
These are hardened and are less likely to bend in a crash. Pick up a few packets though, they aren’t always perfectly straight. An Enomoto Axle checker will show you which are perfectly straight.
